MISSION STATEMENT

“As Kingdom professional business men and women, we are called to be a blessed and to be a blessing, We are Empowered to get wealth so God can establish his covenant here on Earth and to live our Christian ethics not only on Sunday, but throughout our daily lives at home and at work.”

Our goal in the Kingdom Professional and Business Club, an unincorporated association, shall be to gather to share with others who seek a more ethical business environment.

Each of us shall strive to achieve a co-mingling of our ethical and professional obligations, in demonstration of the fact that ethics and business need not be mutually exclusive terms.

The Board of Directors meets on the fourth Saturday of every month September through May (excluding December) at 2pm. in the Conference Room at 93 Camberwell Station Road to plan future meetings and activities. Visitors are welcome.
MEMBERSHIP

Membership is open to anyone who supports or is a friend of the Mission Statement. However, the emphasis of this organization shall be on the Christian faith. There shall be an annual or monthly membership fee in an amount to be determined by the Board of Directors in addition to the cost of the monthly program. Privileges of membership shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors and may include receipt of a monthly newsletter a discounted price for the monthly program and receipt of a certificate from the organization, evidencing the member’s participation in this organization.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors shall consist of no less than 10 and no more than 20 persons chosen from the membership of the organization. The Board of Directors shall reflect the diversity of the membership and determine the number of its members annually. The term for a Director is 2 years commencing from the Installation of Officers meeting. A Director may serve on the Board for a maximum of three consecutive terms. The Bishop shall appoint a pastor Spiritual Advisor who will serve on the Board of Directors ex officio.

MEETINGS

The Membership shall hold monthly meetings on the First & Second Sunday of each month from 7pm-8:30pm at

The Kingdom Church 93 Camberwell Station Road London SE5 9JJ .

The Club shall not meet inAugust. The Board of Directors shall meet on the fourth Saturday of each month at 2pm at the conference room. The Board meets September through May (excluding December).
